Top Ten Chart for May 2010
Happy May to everyone out there. Thank you so much for the support in April! We had a HUGE month and were super excited to get this one started off the right way, with good music, of course! :) There is a lot going on this month in our world. We are putting the finishing touches on our debut album "Characters", so as a tribute to that, our number one track this month is Part Two of the title track, Characters. We will also be putting out Episode 002 of the Source of Gravity Podcast featuring a guest mix from Jairus Miller.
We have quite a bit of laid back, melodic progressive house on the charts this month. The Proton Music family of labels is very well represented this month as they have a new label called Arrival with some wicked progressive house. Their debut sampler EP has three tracks making the charts this month. Also on the Proton tip, another Proton sub-label, Particles, has some amazing progressive house coming from Russian artist Mobilize. You might remember Mobilize from his 2009 hit 'Deep Silence', which was routinely caned by Sasha and Digweed on their EXIT festival tour last summer. He is back with a brilliant EP, and no less than two of his tracks grace our charts this month.
